Up for auction is this WWII era US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS field compass manufactured by SUPERIOR MAGNETO CORP. It features a metal body with brass parts and a magnifier to focus on map features. The lid snaps in place and it has no loose parts. It is in good vintage condition with minor scratches and some slight fogging of the glass. Included are the original instructions for the soldier. We have never seen these great graphic instructions before including the 3 dimensional compass on the center page. Shipping weight, well packed is under 1 lb. Insurance has been added to the shipping cost as per Ebay's mandate. Please be sure to enlarge the photos for more detail and don't hesitate to ask questions.
