WW 2 US First Aid Kit CARLISLE BAUER & BLACK Orange Tin W/ Arm Holder + Contents. Condition is "Used". The tin has some dents and paint loss. The original gauze is inside. The unique part of this is the arm carrying pouch. I believe this was a Paratrooper pouch. I don't know if the tin originally went with the pouch, but it fits in there like it was made for it.
