Up for auction is vintage WWII US Army medical dept metal first aid kit  metal box / case. This is fresh out of local estate sale and in vintage great condition. There is dent at one corner, but all function is well. ( see last photo)  No aid kit inside the box. There is US mark at center and original white painting tells
FIRST AID  Emergency Use Only and two crosses.
There is a previous owner ??? name and address tiny sticker inside the box.
