Original World War Two WWII WW2 1942 Contract Dated United States Army Air Corps Sextant Type A-10 Model F-125 Made by Agfa Ansco of Binghamton, New York with it's serial numbered matching wooden case along with an eyepiece and other parts
.  This sextant is Serial Number AF42-2897 which is noted on both the sextant and the case along with the same Order # W535AC27736 on both.  Also present is it's salvage tag which is dated December of 1945 along with a label from the company that sold it.  This most certainly saw use during the War being made in 1942 and probably rode along on bombing missions in Europe or the Pacific. Also it should be noted that this is an early war Air Corps rather then Air Force model.
The condition is very good with the only issues being the
the expected wear from use and handling so this
this lot is sold "AS IS" with the condition issues noted.
This would make a great addition for any World War Two Field Gear or Sextant Collection, Group or Grouping.
