Tool Roll, Carpenters Chest, Supply-Pack Artillery-Saddlers' Made at the Jefferson Quarter Masters Depot 1943. This piece was probably never issued and is in very good condition with some surface /storage dirt. See photos.. Includes three leather inserts. Roll only no tools. Nice crisp labeling of contents and the slots they should occupy. designed for an assortment of wood working tools. Makes a great display or use it for tools. Measures 35 inches by 24 inches. Has two string ties. Just the thing for the cavalry or Pack Artillery collector. Also suitable for collectors specializing in Mountain troop, Merrill's Marauders or the Mars Task Force all of which used pack artillery and would have been issued this gear.
