    Description

    WW II era pigeon messaging capsule used by the Army Signal Corps.  You will receive one capsule similar to this one pictured and described.  Only markings are PG-67.  It has a snap on fabric band for attaching to the pigeon leg.  The band holds a screw top capsule for the message.  This is still nice solid piece with no deterioration to capsule or cloth band.  Snap still works easily.  The plastic does have some age discoloration and bubbles most likely from original manufacturing process. Capsule measure about 11/2 inches long.
