. First year of issue with a mintage of just 6000 coins. Graded MS-68 by NGC, a superb Gem, fully proof-like with outstanding eye appeal. Issued for the festival at Oberhasli. This is the only year in the series in which the shooting thalers were issued in both proof and uncirculated formats. All following years are proof only issues. Please note: This is NOT the rare proof issue despite its mirror finish. All proofs are Deep (or Ultra) Cameo - this is a proof-like coin.
